The 5 Habits of Health

HOH_CarQuestion: If you could only have one car that had to last your entire lifetime... how would you take care of it?

Answer: You would maintain it very well!!!

Likewise, each of us should take very good care of the one and only body we will have during our mortal lives . Here are the 5 habits of health each of us needs to implement:

  1. We need to be in charge of our own health.
  2. We need to regularly practice internal cleanliness.
  3. We need to maintain our nutrient reservoirs.
  4. We need to burn fat as our primary fuel source.
  5. We need to be active.

If you don’t do these things, then you have stacked the odds against you. Your body WILL deteroriate sooner than might have been.

But, if you implement the above habits in your life, then you are on a path that leads to a longer and more enjoyable life.
