Likewise, each of us should take very good care of the one and only body we will have during our mortal lives . Here are the 5 habits of health each of us needs to implement (please review each):

  1. We need to think about our health and stay current on health issues.
  2. We need to burn fat as our primary fuel source.
  3. We need to practice internal cleanliness.
  4. We need to stock our nutrient pantries.
  5. We need to be active.

If you don’t implement these habits:

  1. Then you have increased the odds that you will experience an unnecessary and early loss of your health and longevity.
  2. Your body WILL deteriorate sooner than might have been.

On the other hand, if you implement the above habits in your life, then you are on a path that leads to a longer and healthier life.
